CellReg uses the body’s own stem cells, which are not multiplied in the laboratory, for aesthetic regeneration. This method offers several advantages over donor cells multiplied in the laboratory and is preferably used when possible.
A systemic administration or infusion of stem cells is currently not feasible in Europe. However, we cooperate with a specialized laboratory in Dubai. Here, it is possible to multiply and specifically purify the body’s own cells in order to optimize their effectiveness for aesthetic treatments.
Fat cells have a high concentration of stem cells and are easy, safe and gentle to obtain. In over 2000 patients with stem cell therapy and a 10-year follow-up, there was no increase in the cancer rate in this population – even a trend towards a lower rate than in the normal population.
Stem cell therapy aims to replace missing cells and regenerate the skin in the long term. Compared to temporary injections with hyaluronic acid, it offers a long-term solution. If, on the other hand, the aim is to specifically change the shape of certain areas of the face, an injection with stem cells and autologous fat is our preferred method.
The local injection/application of the stem cells causes a high concentration and effect at the site. The systemic administration/infusion uses the “homing” effect and can act in many places simultaneously. Both forms of application can support each other.
This method, approved by the health authorities, uses the body’s own stem cells, which have been extracted and activated without the use of foreign substances and transferred to homologous tissue. These cells remain in their original cell line and cannot transform into other cell lines, but they can transform into desired structural proteins such as collagen and elastin. The safety of this procedure has been confirmed by the FDA after it was proven that the body’s own cells do not transform into cancer cells.
Aesthetic stem cell therapy is considered one of the most promising methods for natural skin rejuvenation and tissue regeneration. Studies and clinical applications show that the treatment causes visible improvements in most patients. The most common successes include increased skin elasticity, reduction of wrinkles, a more even skin structure and increased collagen production.
The success rate depends on various factors, including age, skin condition and individual healing processes. Patients typically report significant rejuvenation effects after several sessions, which can last for months to years. Since the body’s own stem cells are used, rejection reactions or allergic side effects are extremely rare.
On average, a cell rejuvenation effect of 10 years can be expected with one treatment with stem cells and two further treatments with plasma.
In the long term, stem cell therapy offers a more sustainable alternative to temporary aesthetic procedures and impresses with natural, lasting results.
The extraction takes place via a 3 mm needle prick. Up to 120 ml of abdominal or hip fat is removed, preferably under local anesthesia. This is then processed in special manufacturing steps without additives and the stem cells are extracted. The process takes about 45 minutes.
The stem cell concentrate is also injected into the surrounding fat of the affected region under local anesthesia. All measures are largely painless and can also be carried out under general or partial anesthesia or as part of a necessary procedure.
Normally, the treatment is carried out under local anesthesia without sedatives. You do not have to be sober. The procedure takes place under continuous monitoring of vital parameters and lasts a total of 2 hours. You can then leave the practice and are able to drive yourself.
After stem cell needling, you should avoid physical activities and activating circulatory stress such as sauna for 2 days afterwards. As with any needling, the treatment is visible for about 2 days and therefore public appointments should be planned afterwards. With isolated deep resurfacing, small hematomas rarely occur, so there are no restrictions here.
